He is senior associate of Beccar Varela. His practice areas include insurance and reinsurance law, where he advises clients in regulatory, corporate and litigation matters. Agustín also has broad expertise in corporate law, liability and tort law, and consumer law.

He received his law degree from Universidad Católica Argentina (2000) and obtained his LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law (Dallas, USA, 2014-15).
