Martyn is a corporate partner with over 18 years of experience, providing advice to buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors from entrepreneurs to large corporates.
Martyn is a specialist corporate lawyer engrained in the Cardiff legal arena where he heads up HCR's Welsh corporate team.
Martyn advises his clients on a wide array of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital & private equity, management buyouts and joint ventures.
