Vrinda Patodia is part of the Corporate Law practice of Obhan & Associates (O&A) and heads the Pune office of O&A. Vrinda is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. Vrinda’s expertise lies in drafting, reviewing and finalising documents related to cross-border investments. She has extensive experience advising on investment deal structures, formation of Indian entities, joint ventures and is focused on having an in-depth understanding of the ever-evolving regulations related to foreign and overseas direct investments. She advises on a broad spectrum of corporate commercial law matters and regularly represents clients engaged in the technology, media and entertainment, financial services and manufacturing sectors.
