Partner. Michal specializes in commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, non-finance regulatory and restructuring. Prior to the establishment of DELTA legal, he was as a partner at Balcar Polansky Eversheds, leading the firm’s commercial law practice. He has extensive experience preparing and reviewing contracts and due diligence procedures and negotiating transactional documentation or mergers. He often advises non-financial regulation of business, including counselling related to antitrust, forensic audits or economic crime.
