Position

Henrik Peytz (1959) is a partner with Nielsen Nørager and has more than 30 years of experience in Danish and EU competition law and general EU matters. He and his team assist Danish and international clients in all kinds of competition matters (such as merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and state aid) and are involved in some of the largest Danish court cases in this area. The team further advises on matters involving public regulation (such as public procurement, regulation of the media, telecommunications, taxes and duties). Henrik Peytz holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD (1991). He has extensive experience with cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union and has represented the European Commission at several occasions before the Court.

Education

Master of Laws from University of Copenhagen (1983). Admitted as an Attorney (1986), Right of audience before the High Court (1987), Master of Business Administration (MBA) with distinction from INSEAD, France (1991), Right of audience before the Supreme Court (2007).
