Kališ & Partners s.r.o., advokátní kancelář, the Czech office of CERHA HEMPEL.  Petr’s main areas of expertise include, among others, mergers and acquisitions, including national, cross-border and distressed asset transactions; restructuring and insolvency projects; litigation and alternative dispute resolutions, including national and cross-border arbitration. During his career, Petr has acted as legal advisor in numerous major transactions and in recent year he has developed particular experience with transactions in the field of heavy machinery, steel, automotive and energy industries. He is well-known on the Czech market for his active business approach and excellent strategy planning, which allows him to provide clients with the best business-oriented solution to their issues.
