Partner

Martin is a partner of Giese & Partner. In his practice, he advises leading international corporations and banks in structuring investments in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and in the entire Central Eastern European region. His work focuses especially on mergers, real estate, transactions and acquisitions and the financing of such, international insolvencies and restructurings as well as creating strategic partnerships between European and American firms with European subsidiaries and regional manufactures. Examples of recent transactions include advising a consortium of several international banks in the financing of a large multipurpose real estate complex in Prague.
