Partner Fernando Calancha is the Head of the Regulatory and Energy practice in the Madrid office of Hogan Lovells in Spain. He is a State Lawyer (Abogado del Estado) on leave of absence and has extensive experience advising clients in regulatory, contentious and corporate matters in Public and Administrative Law, as well as in the private sector.
