Clementine is an associate in the dispute resolution team specialising in commercial litigation and contentious trust/estate matters.

She advises companies, funds, trustees, beneficiaries and high-net worth individuals on a wide range of commercial and trust/estate litigation, including shareholder disputes, insolvency issues, fraud and asset recovery, contractual and negligence claims, claims for breach of trust and fiduciary duty, disputes between beneficiaries and contentious probate matters.

Clementine is particularly well-placed to advise on disputes involving complex corporate structures, multi-jurisdictional issues and questions of company law, owing to her prior experience in the private equity team at Weil Gotshal & Manges and on secondment to the investment funds Oaktree Capital and Hambro Perks.

Clementine read English at the University of Cambridge. She completed the GDL at City University and the LPC at the College of Law (both with Distinction) and also has Higher Rights of Audience.
