He is an accomplished corporate attorney with extensive experience in general corporate and commercial law, due diligence, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions transactions and regulatory matters across a broad spectrum of industries including mining, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, renewable energy and the public sector.
