Position

Nadia Davidzon is a partner and head of the Infrastructure, Energy & Project Finance practice at Naschitz Brandes Amir. She represents leading local and international companies, multinational consortiums, and financiers in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, and energy projects worldwide. Nadia provides comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of project development, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance, specializing in highly complex International PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects. She has successfully represented various parties, including bidders, entrepreneurs, concessionaires, contractors, and financing entities.

Nadia has extensive experience in international commercial and corporate law, joint ventures, regulation, complex commercial litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. She is a skilled negotiator who has facilitated multinational negotiations in numerous commercial transactions. Additionally, she has provided legal counsel to private and public entities on diverse complex issues within her areas of expertise.

Nadia's achievements have been recognized by the legal industry. She has been ranked as a "Next Generation Partner" in the Infrastructure category by The Legal 500 and named a "Highly Regarded Lawyer" for Project Development. She has also been honored as a Woman Leader by IFLR1000 and listed among the top 40 Under 40 young leaders by Globes. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Nadia held partner positions at APM & Co and Yehuda Raveh & Co. With over 16 years of experience, she is a seasoned practitioner in her field.
