Monteiro is partner of Azevedo Sette Advogados’ Corporate practice in Belo Horizonte office. He draws upon more than 15 years’ experience advising clients in complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, succession planning, debt restructuring and contracts.
Education
LL.B. from Faculdade Milton Campos Law School, he was admitted to practice in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, 2008. He has LL.B. in accounting from FUMEC (2012). Eduardo has MBA in Global Finance at IBMEC (2021).
