Elizabeth advises a wide variety of clients including corporate investors, funds, property companies, developers and financial institutions on a variety of real estate and real estate finance matters.

Elizabeth has a broad practice and has been involved in several market-leading and complex transactions in the UK. Her expertise covers acquisitions and sales, sale-and-leasebacks, portfolio management, joint ventures, developments, corporate real estate, and real estate financing, including transactions with a cross-border element. Her transactional experience spans a broad range of industry sectors from retail to children’s nurseries and residential care homes, hotels to food technology.

Elizabeth is a regular speaker and author on real estate topics.
