Michał is a Counsel in our Employment team based in Warsaw.

Michał specialises in labour law. He has been advising clients since 2011 and has experience in hiring and terminating employment of senior executives, employment of temporary workers and foreigners, transfer of employment undertaking (or its part), control of the Chief Labour Inspectorate and the application of working time provisions.

He has been a member of the Warsaw Bar since 2011.

Michał is a Counsel in our Employment team based in Warsaw.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Warsaw University and has more than 12 years of experience covering the whole range of employment work, including conducting litigation in the scope of labour law, representing employers as well as employees.
