She has extensive experience in advising banks, family offices and trustees on planning and management for Greek situs assets. Representing successfully a Swedish financial institution in proceedings relating to the setting aside of two US$26 million SCC arbitral awards. Successfully defending a Fortune 500 retailer in injunction proceedings initiated by its local distributor in Greece. Representing a top global cosmetics and personal care brand in proceedings initiated by a local agent in Greece for clientele compensation and lost profit as a result of the allegedly tortious termination of the contract. Acting for Bank of China in the Follie - Folli rehabilitation and insolvency proceedings. Acting for defendants in a high-profile construction arbitration dispute and in the setting-aside proceedings that ensued.

Eleni was admitted as a Greek lawyer to the Athens Bar in 2007 and is admitted before the Supreme Court of Greece.
