Emile's practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and reorganization, and corporate finance transactions in the Middle East and Europe across various sectors including the telecom sector. He has also assisted multiple domestic and international clients in connection with the establishment of a local presence and special purpose vehicles in the UAE and various free zones.

Emile is a member of Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
