Lucinda is an associate in Herbert Smith Freehills’ construction and engineering disputes practice.

Lucinda has advised companies involved in complex and high value construction disputes across a variety of industries and jurisdictions. She has experience in international arbitration and adjudication.

Lucinda has acted for employers and contractors across various industries and sectors, including infrastructure and energy. Her experience includes acting for clients involved in disputes pertaining to extensions of time, defective works and variations. Lucinda has acted in arbitrations under the rules of the LCIA, SIAC and ICC.

Lucinda holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts (Geography) from Durham University and was also the recipient of both a research scholarship and a prize for academic excellence during her degree. She obtained distinctions in both the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.
