Alice advises on contentious and non-contentious matters across the full spectrum of intellectual property rights.

Alice's experience consists of advising on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property and related rights, including trade marks, passing off, copyright, design rights and confidentiality issues.  In recent years, Alice has acted on a number of English High Court proceedings and has assisted clients on disputes before the EU and UK Intellectual Property Offices.

In addition to her disputes work, Alice has wide experience in brand protection and global portfolio management as well as non-contentious intellectual property matters, including, licensing and corporate support work.
