Chris Mullings is a Principal Associate in the London Real Estate team and has a wealth of experience acting for institutional investors and some of the largest UK property companies on their big ticket acquisitions, disposals and high value asset management as well as acting on the tenant side for corporate occupiers across numerous sectors.

Chris is the go-to associate for HQ tech sector occupational deals both in the City of London and regionally, being heavily involved with the UK expansion programmes of well-known tech behemoths.

With his obvious passion for tech, Chris was made the lead “Legal Tech Champion” for the London Real Estate team. Colleagues regularly look to him for advice for tech-based solutions to increase efficiencies and drive standards to help clients achieve more accurate results with a quicker turnaround time.
