Zoe advises lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions, with particular expertise in investment finance and development finance and across sectors such as offices, retail, leisure, industrial and residential/housing.  She is also co-head of Addleshaw Goddard's offices sector focus group.

She acts for a wide range of clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions including senior and mezzanine structures, participations, restructurings and loan transfers.  Lender clients include HSBC Bank plc, Standard Life, Helaba and Handelsbanken and borrower clients include Rocket Properties, HB Reavis, Tellon Capital and Bizspace.
