Position

Partner and accredited family law specialist. Kirsten advises client's on a wide range of work types including divorces, cohabitations, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, child related disputes and adoptions. Much of Kirsten's work involves international elements. Kirsten regularly draws upon her litigation experience in appearing for client's in Sheriff Courts and has been the principal solicitor for clients in a number of novel and/or high value Court of Session actions. She is also a trained collaborative solicitor and is keen to utilise alternative methods of dispute resolution. Kirsten has previously sat as a panel practice advisor for the Children's Panel in Aberdeen City and as a part time tutor on the Diploma in Legal Practice at RGU in both professional ethics and family law.

Aberdeen University LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Legal Practice.
