Dragoljub is expert for greenfield real estate, energy and infrastructure projects. He has rich legal background and ability to provide clients a combined expertise on project development, financing and regulatory aspects. Most recently, he has led BDK’s team advising IFIs led by IFC on the lending to the first two PPP projects in Serbia, the Belgrade airport concession and the Belgrade waste-to-energy project in Vinča.
