For several years, Per Bjerg Christensen has dealt with general aspects of real estate and specialises in the transfer of real estate, project development, financing and lease law.

He renders assistance to institutional, private and public sector investors, social housing organisations as well as banks on all aspects of real estate, including purchase and sale of investment and project properties, direct and indirect taxes, corporate restructurings and contract work.
