Nick Burrows is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial department and head of the Charities & Education team at Blandy & Blandy.

Nick advises charities and education providers on a broad range of commercial matters, while also advising professional practices and businesses of all shapes and sizes on areas including formation and incorporation, governance, mergers, collabarations and joint ventures, contracts and agreements, procurement, outsourcing and intellectual property.
