Sean Anderson focuses his practice on intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. He has experience representing clients at all stages of high stakes matters, including pre-dispute investigations, complex discovery practice, critical motions, jury trials and arbitrations, and appeals. He has a particular focus on representing technology and media companies in intellectual property and commercial disputes, and is a member of the firm’s Videogame, Gaming and Esports Group, which is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal solutions to companies in these industries. Sean has also represented clients in a broad array of white collar and regulatory matters.
