Equity Partner and Head of BPE’s Litigation team, Philip has over 30 years' worth of litigation experience. His expertise lies within dealing with all business disputes, specialising in high value, complex, commercial disputes such as contract disputes, shareholder/director disputes as well as professional negligence claims against all types of professional advisor, intellectual property disputes and more recently classic car litigation.

He also is leading the firm’s current expansion of their professional negligence offering, being an active member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.

Philip has been a qualified mediator for the last 17 years and has considerable experience in mediation disputes ranging from intellectual property to agricultural product disputes.
