Pensions expertise covers a wide range of work including Part 8 rectification and construction claims, funding disputes and trustee applications to court for directions. Suzanne has acted in significant pensions professional negligence claims in recent years, acting for pension scheme employers and trustees. Suzanne also has a growing practice advising firms in the personal pensions market, addressing legal and regulatory issues.
