Scott is a partner in the firm's infrastructure, energy, resources and projects team, concentrating on international infrastructure, PPP and project finance transactions. Working for an international client base, he has advised on projects in a variety of jurisdictions throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and Australasia. He has acted on some of the largest and most complex deals in the global infrastructure and energy market, including deals involving bank, bond and hybrid financing structures.
