Position

Kellyann is a Partner at Collas Crill and heads the award winning International Private Client and Trusts practice in Jersey. She has over 15 years' experience in private client work and is both a Jersey advocate and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

She acts for a range of professional trustees (local and international trust companies and bank owned trust companies), settlors, beneficiaries and ultra high net worth individuals. She advises on all aspects of Jersey law concerning wills, succession, foundations and trusts. Kellyann's work often involves assisting the Jersey dispute resolution team (in both non-contentious and contentious court applications, including variation, rectification and mistake applications), corporate and property teams, as well as the UK real estate team.
