I am a Partner and Location Head for the Commercial Litigation team in Liverpool. I deal with all aspects of contractual and commercial disputes as well as corporate and shareholder disputes, cross-border litigation and professional negligence claims.

My experience and expertise in managing disputes covers Europe, Asia, USA and Southern Africa. A number of my cases have been reported in the UK and worldwide.

My clients range from SMEs to large multi-nationals; including well-known manufacturers, communication service providers, network operators and major telecoms resellers.

I specialise in commercial litigation and dispute resolution with a particular focus on corporate, IT, telecommunications, outsourcing and professional negligence disputes.

Andrew also leads DWF’s telecoms sector group. He has considerable experience in managing telecoms disputes, having acted over the years for a number of leading domestic and international telecoms operators and resellers.
