Victoria is a legal director in our tax and employee incentives team, advising clients in relation to employee incentive arrangements. She advises clients in relation to incentive arrangements for employees and non-executive directors, whether cash or equity-based, including all-employee tax advantaged share plans, discretionary cash or equity incentive plans, option plans, and other bespoke cash or equity-based arrangements. Victoria advises on the design, drafting and implementation of incentive arrangements for a wide variety of clients, whether listed or unlisted, public or private companies, owner-managed or private equity-backed, and advises on the implementation of those plans both in the uk and internationally.
