Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad on its £414m hostile bid for MP Evans plc;

Daisy on its £165m takeover of Alternative Networks plc;

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated on its £620m bid for e2v technologies plc;

Altrad Investment Authority SAS on its recommended cash offer for Cape plc;

Sinclair Pharma on its £167 million takeover by Huadong Medicine; and
