Luis Aguilar

His professional practice as a labour lawyer covers all aspects of labour and social security law and, in particular, the recruitment of executives, contract terminations, labour risk prevention, security and health in the field of construction, appearances before the labour and social security inspection, labour incidents, labour due diligence proceedings and collective negotiation. Likewise, he advices large groups of multinational companies and regularly takes part in the labour advice resulting from commercial operations and business restructurings. He also regularly takes part as an attorney before social security courts and tribunals. Before his incorporation to eversheds nicea, he has practiced as a labour lawyer at the law firm uría menéndez in madrid and barcelona since 2005 and is a current member of the bar association of madrid. Since 2012, he fits together his professional practice with the teaching at ie university where he is associate professor and teaches the subject labour law in the faculty of law studies.
