Position
Anton Carlo advises on M&A transactions for both listed and unlisted companies. He is particular specialized in equity capital markets and the regulation of financial markets. He assist Italian and foreign investment banks, companies and private equity funds in acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, public offerings and IPOs. He also advises clients on Debt Capital Markets side, handles the origination, structuring, execution and placement of bond issues.

He graduated with full marks from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 1994.
