Miguel holds a law degree from the University of Navarra. He holds a Master’s degree in European Law from the University of Liège. He was a collaborating scholar at the Department of Public Law of the University of Navarra. He performed a traineeship at the Directorate General for Culture and Audiovisual Policy of the European Commission.
