Managing partner of Guerrero Olivos, leading partner of the real estate group and member of the environmental law group. He specializes in project development, construction, real estate regulatory and permitting, acquisition and sale of real estate projects and AAA Class buildings, environmental regulatory and transactional matters and environmental disputes.

His real estate practice has both a transactional and a regulatory focus. In the regulatory area, Martín has become one of the most prominent experts in Chile in zoning regulations and real estate permits conflicts

He graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law (1995). He has a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Michigan (2002).
