Position

Mehvish specialises in children law and regularly represents all parties in both private and public law proceedings. Mehvish has a particular expertise in cases involving an international element and regularly appears in High Court proceedings brought under the Forced Marriage Act, inherent jurisdiction, cases involving international child abduction under The Hague Convention and Brussels IIR, stranded spouses and applications for leave to remove.
