He also advises on all tax aspects He regularly advises clients from the financial industry sector (banks, winding-up agencies, insurance companies and funds) and has a broad experience in leading and coordinating an international tax team on large and complex cross-border transactions.

Heiko joined the firm in 2003 and is qualified as a lawyer and as a certified tax advisor (Steuerberater).of the structuring of alternative investment funds and on associated regulatory issues.
