Prior to joining Kangxin Partners, P. C. in 2004, Mr. Chen worked for the National Defense Industry Publish House. He is experienced in general chemical, mechanical and electrical patent work. Currently at Kangxin, Mr. Chen specializes in patent prosecution, with a focus on semiconductor devices & fabrication, material processing, polymer composite, electronics, liquid crystal driver circuits, electronic components, electrical instruments and digital processing. He also provides clients with technical advice on validity search, infringement search and responses to Office Actions. Mr. Chen is credited by his in-depth and comprehensive understanding of IP related laws and regulations. He is well known for his ability to analyze complicated facts and propose feasible solutions based on his abundant professional knowledge and practical experience.
