Ms. Wu joined Kangxin Partners, P.C. in 2005 as an IP attorney. Her main practices areas are the fields of Trademarks, Copyrights and Domain Names. Ms. Wu is highly experienced in all IP-related litigation, administrative action, customs enforcement, and IP strategy consultancy. As the lead partner of Kangxin Partners P.C. Trademark Department, Ms. Wu has assisted numerous large companies in forming and improving their well-known trademark strategy and management systems. She has successfully resolved a number of complex legal disputes for her clients. In 2010 and 2011, Ms. Wu ranked in Trade mark Specialists (Band 2) by Chambers and Partners and was widely recognized for “knowing her trade mark law thoroughly”.

Ms. Wu received her Law degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University, School of Law in 2005. She also received training on International Finance Law and Intellectual Property Law from DePaul University College of Law in USA.
