Drew Gardiner

Drew Gardiner is a member of the Environment, Land & Resources Department and focuses his practice on representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. Mr. Gardiner has substantial experience in coverage matters involving a variety of first- and third-party policies, including commercial general liability, directors' and officers' liability and environmental impairment policies, and counsels clients in the negotiation and placement of representation and warranty policies in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
