Position
He provides advice on public law, economic regulation and administrative contracts to clients in the energy and public utilities’ sectors, as well as in other regulated industries (pharmaceutical companies, banks, agribusiness and insurance firms). He also has a broad experience in constitutional litigation and litigation against administrative agencies.
Education
He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2001, with honors. In 2006 he earned a Masters’ degree in Administrative Law from the Austral University and in 2008 a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the New York University as a Hauser Global Scholar.
