She also advises clients on collective investment schemes, corporate governance, listing rules and general corporate law. Her clients include listed companies, financial institutions and other large and medium-sized companies. She specializes in regulated industries (financial services, life science, healthcare) and on the machinery, media entertainment and consumer goods industry.Andrea Sieber has been on the board of a Swiss listed company since 2016 and is the president of the supervisory board of a German company, since 2011.
