Position

Ben is an experienced junior specialising in Competition, Public and EU Law. He is Standing Counsel to the Competition and Markets Authority and a member of the Attorney General’s A Panel.

He is a contributor to the leading EU Competition Law text, Bellamy & Child European Union Law of Competition, and is direct access qualified.

Ben appears regularly in the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and the EU Court of Justice.
