He is also particularly skilled in public acquisitions and PPPs, concession law and licensing/regulatory issues.

Iulian is also deeply knowledgeable of the Shipping, Aviation & Transport sectors, with particular focus on shipping and the admiralty, where he has extensive experience in dealing with contentious and non- contentious matters related to multi-jurisdictional disputes and transactions.
