Partner representing clients in commercial and corporate disputes before state courts, arbitral tribunals and administrative bodies. He specialises in all aspects of insurance and reinsurance disputes, and has particular experience in cases concerning business and professional liability insurance, business interruption insurance, D&O insurance and property insurance. Another focus is on insolvency, enforcement and asset recovery/protection matters.
