Mr. Nikolic has structured numerous complex M&A transactions in various industries, and has advised in large scale real estate developments. Mr. Nikolic has led some of the largest and most complex M&A and privatization transactions since the economic and political transition began in the former Yugoslavia in 2001, and has advised various clients in developing the largest shopping malls in the region, logistic parks, premium office space and residential projects.
