Emmanouil is a partner in the Corporate & Commercial, IT and Energy Law practices, where he leads the advisory, corporate and contractual work for several domestic and multinational companies.

Emmanouil specializes in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and information technology cases. In his capacity as a certified privacy professional (DPO Exec. – TÜV Austria) he advises and represents customers before public authorities and national courts. He joined Politis & Partners in 2015.

Since 2009 he is an admitted attorney at the Heraklion Bar Association.

Emmanouil studied law at the University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), where he obtained his degree with merits in 2006. In 2008 he completed an LL.M. Eur. program in European and International Business Law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
