Avv. Emanuele Trucco joined the firm in Rome in 2004 after practicing in Chicago and Milan with another major U.S. firm. He has been resident in the New York office from the end of 2007 through 2009. Avv. Emanuele Trucco has been recommended by Chambers Global 2013 and Chambers Europe 2013 among the “associates to watch” as “really good to work with: terrifically smart and extremely careful.”

Avv. Trucco is a partner in Shearman & Sterling’s Capital Markets and M&A Groups who has considerable experience in Italian and U.S. transactions including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets transactions.
