Position
Recommended Lawyer 2024 Andrew offers specialist advice on all aspects of wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, lasting powers of attorney and issues involving the Court of Protection. Andrew also advises on issues relating to NHS Continuing Healthcare funding. Notable cases: Andrew acted for the family in the case of Re AD (2016, Court of Protection) successfully defending the application to rescind the deputyship order on the basis of recovery of capacity.
